Meet our Goats

Gemini and Oak are always happy to welcome visitors. Their favorite snacks are produce bits like apple peels, carrot pieces, and bananas! We bring them these special treats straight from the Market & Cafe at the end of the day. They are great helpers with reducing food waste!

Gemini and Oak are so much fun because the both have such big personalities! When you visit, Gemini (Tri-Colored) is typically more outgoing and vocal, where Oak (brown and orange) is a bit more shy, and takes some time to warm up. But they both love snacks and meeting new friends!

FUN FACT: Goats do not have upper front teeth! If you watch them eat, you'll notice they only have bottom teeth at the front of their mouth. Instead of top teeth, they have what's called a "dental pad" to help them eat!

FUN FACT: Did you know that chickens have an exceptional memory? They are able to recognize and recall over 100 faces. They don't only recognize human faces, but faces of other animals as well!

Meet Our Bunny!

Bunny Bunny A.K.A. Honey Bun, Cinnamon Bun, or Bun Bun is our sweet Emery Farm resident bunny. One of her favorite things in the world is her special treats given to her by a member of the Emery Farm team.

FUN FACT: Did you know that bunnies have amazing hearing? It might be easy to guess because of the size of their ears, but most bunnies can turn their ears completely around, and can find the exact spot a noise is coming from. Don't say anything around Bunny Bunny that you don't want her knowing!
